Cancellation & refund policy

Overview
We want clear expectations before you pay. This policy explains how to cancel, reschedule, or request refunds for studio programs listed on our Services page.
Guest cancellations
- 14+ days before start: Full refund of program fees paid, minus non-refundable processing fees shown on your invoice (if any), or a full credit toward a future date within 12 months—your choice.
- 7–13 days before start: 50% credit toward another program within 6 months; no cash refund unless required by law.
- Less than 7 days before start: No refund; one reschedule allowed if we have availability.
- No-show: Fees are forfeited.
Studio cancellations
If we cancel a program, you may choose a new date or a full refund of amounts paid for affected sessions within 10 U.S. business days.
Digital materials
Downloadable or emailed recap materials delivered after a session are non-refundable once sent.
How to request
Email mailuse@filteralivingai.world with your booking reference and legal name. We confirm within five U.S. business days.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a credit card chargeback so we can resolve billing questions directly.
State rights
Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws. Virginia customers may contact the Virginia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Section for guidance.
