Bookings and payment

Quotes and invoices govern price, dates, and cancellation terms. Published starting rates on Services may change; confirmed pricing appears in your written agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, harass staff or guests, or upload unlawful material.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Filteralivingai or licensors. Limited personal viewing is permitted. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Dispute resolution

Before filing suit, contact us to seek informal resolution. Virginia law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, unless consumer protection law in your state requires otherwise.
